Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Could you tell me your argument for or against this Fairness Doctorine. The only debate I hear about this has come from several Democrat leaders in Congress trying to suffocate talk radio. I have also heard the arguments of Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity and Mark R. Levin. I would like to hear your arguements. Would you like to add the Fairness Doctorine to the internet, radio, tv and any type of media. Is it fair for them to impose this just to AM talk radio? In my personal opinion this clearly violates our first amendment.
